Purpose

The DWP-800 transmitter is composed of a piezoresistive sensor and a signal conversion module. The core component of the sensor is a monocrystalline silicon wafer. When the monocrystalline silicon wafer is under pressure, its own resistivity will change. Four resistors are diffused on the silicon chip through the semiconductor planar process and connected to form a Wheatstone bridge. Under the action of a constant current, the voltage signal proportional to the pressure signal can be output. The signal conversion module processes the voltage signal of the sensor. Converted to 4-20mA standard signal.

DWP-800 pressure transmitter can be used to measure fluid (liquid, gas and vapor) pressure, liquid level and other parameters, and convert the measured signal into 4~20mA standard electrical signal output, which can be used as indication, record and input signal to the regulator. DWP800 pressure transmitter has the advantages of small size, light weight, high precision, low price, etc. It can be equipped with on-site indicating ammeter, zero point migration, range expansion and other functions. Working principle

The pressure sensor of the DWP-802 series is a standard silicon cathode strain bridge made by vacuum-depositing a semiconductor surface on a silicon substrate. There is a layer of stainless steel corrugated sheet between it and the measured medium, and an intermediary liquid-silicone oil is filled between the strain bridge and the stainless steel corrugated sheet.

When the pressure P acts on the corrugated sheet and is transmitted to the strain bridge through the intermediary liquid, the change of the bridge cathode makes the bridge balance output a series of voltage signals proportional to the pressure P. Then, it is converted into 4-20mA output by signal conversion and amplification circuit and temperature compensation.
