Working principle
The transmitter circuit module is composed of amplification unit, linearization unit, voltage/current conversion, self-calibration circuit, voltage adjustment unit and reverse protection circuit. The compensator, which uses thermal resistance as the temperature measuring element, also includes an R/V conversion unit.
Features
(1) Wide working environment temperature: -30°C~+120°C
(2) With a high-precision cold junction compensation circuit, the absolute error of the full temperature range is ±0.5°C (S thermocouple ±0.8°C);
(3) Advanced nonlinear correction circuit, the output signal has a linear relationship with the measured temperature.
(4) Built-in drift self-correction system to ensure measurement accuracy in the entire working temperature range;
(5) With a special heat control mechanism, it can effectively control the heat conduction;
(6) Encapsulated with epoxy resin, corrosion-resistant, shock-resistant, high reliability;
(7) It has a wide range of applications. It can not only form an integrated on-site installation structure with thermocouples and thermal resistances, but also be installed in testing equipment as a functional module.
(8) The unique anti-interference circuit design ensures that the transmitter can work safely and reliably under various interferences; it especially has an anti-electromagnetic interference unit, which is suitable for modern environments with serious electromagnetic pollution.

Overview
The distributor is a miniaturized card-mounted instrument. Its main function is to provide an isolated power supply for the two-wire transmitter installed on site through a DC converter, and at the same time deliver the 4~20mADC from the two-wire transmitter. The signal is converted into an isolated 1~5VDC/4~20mA DC signal, which is supplied to indicators, recorders, analog regulators, and DCS systems, and is widely used in industrial production process detection and control systems. Therefore, this distribution device is an indispensable instrument variety that constitutes a non-explosion-proof automatic control system.
The isolator is a miniaturized card-mounted instrument, the main function is to convert 4~20mADC signal or 1~5VDC signal into mutually isolated 4~20mADC or 1~5VDC output supply indication, recorder, analog regulator, programmable Single/multi-loop digital regulators, distributed control systems and industrial process control machines, etc., and form various automatic monitoring and control systems.
